How many accounts can I open on the ResourceQueue Platform?
Every organization account registered on ResourceQueue will have unique CIN and GST numbers. If you have two or more organizations, only then can you create separate accounts for each, provided that you submit the necessary documents and get them verified.

I have a Client Account and a Talent Partner Account on ResourceQueue. How can I log in to both accounts simultaneously on the platform?
You won't be able to register or log in both as a "Client" and as a "Talent Partner" on ResourceQueue from the same browser. We advise using two different browsers to register and log into the platform as a Seller and Buyer.
How can I access ResourceQueue on my mobile phone?
You can access the ResourceQueue platform on your phone only through the web browsers available on your mobile device.
What documents are required to activate my account?
The documents required to activate your account are as follows:
a. GST Number And Certificate
b. CIN No. & Certificate Of Incorporation
c. ISO Certificates (If Applicable)

How do I Log In to the Platform?
Once you sign up and register with all the necessary documents, you will receive an email confirming verification. You can then create an account and log in with your unique username and password.

How much does a ResourceQueue subscription cost?
ResourceQueue is absolutely free for Talent Partners and Buyers. Talent Partners can list and outsource resources as per their convenience and availability, while the Buyer can browse and screen resources for their project requirements in real time.

How does ResourceQueue ensure that our Intellectual Property is protected?
Every Talent Partner organization on the ResourceQueue platform is made to sign an NDA before outsourcing their developers. These NDAs have provisions to safeguard the Intellectual Property of the Buyer organizations.
Who owns the legal rights to the work created by a ResourceQueue developer?
The client owns all rights to the work assigned and completed by our dedicated resources. ResourceQueue's sole purpose is to facilitate the best possible talent across the Nation for your projects.
What happens if a ResourceQueue developer is unavailable for the scheduled days or times to work with us?
ResourceQueue functions in a way that such a circumstance doesn't arise. We screen and accept organizations and developers that adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and productivity. Each dedicated resource prioritizes availability and reliability. However, if such a situation arises, strict action is initiated against the offender, and the client is reimbursed for the time the resource is unavailable.
Can I bring ResourceQueue developers on-site?
Our dedicated resource model aims to reduce development costs for our clients by providing top-grade remote resources that get the job done. But if your project requirements call for on-site developers, we can always work out an arrangement with all stakeholders involved to do the needful.

When does my resource start working?
Once a buyer/ client organization selects a resource, post the completion of the hiring process, your resource starts working for the Buyer as and when directed by them.
What should the Talent Partner do when my registration is rejected?
If your registration is rejected, ensure you follow the instructions in the mail. If the issue still persists, mail us at Talent Partnersupport@resourcequeue.com
How can I check the price recommendation for my product on the ResourceQueue Platform?

Does ResourceQueue provide professional services?
ResourceQueue is a B2B Hiring and Outsourcing platform that is developed and maintained by the ResourceQueue team. Our professional services are strictly restricted to modifying and maintaining this platform and resolving disputes.
Who will conduct the interview with my resource?
Your resource will be interviewed by HRs or Talent Acquisition Managers authorized by the buyer/ client organization.
How many technologies can I list a single resource for?
No cap exists on the number of technologies a resource can be listed for. Ensure the resources have substantial knowledge of the technologies you list them for. This will help you in getting your resources hired as early as possible.
How can I create my Talent Partner account on ResourceQueue?
Registering as a Talent Partner on ResourceQueue is a simple 4-step process:
- Fill in your company’s profile with the required details.
- List your employees by skills, experience, and accomplishments.
- Express your employees’ interest in different organizations.
- Get your resources hired and start earning.
How can I list my resources on the ResourceQueue Panel?
Once you have successfully registered and your profile is verified, you can log into your ResourceQueue account and start listing your resources.
The Talent Partner Panel consists of all the necessary information and directions that you can need to register a resource successfully.

What can my resource do on the ResourceQueue Platform?
ResourceQueue Platform is used by HRs, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Team Leaders of organizations. Listed resources need not use this platform at all.
Does uploading resource certifications affect their performance?
Uploading your employees' certifications enhances the credibility of your resources and your organization. Certifications attract more clients and help in outsourcing your resources to worthy clients.
How does the Buyer select my resource?
Whenever buyers search for prospective resources, they will gauge your resources based on their attributes, such as years of experience, certifications, company profile, and domain knowledge. Once the Buyer shortlists your resource, they will schedule an interview before taking the final call.
Does my resource need to sign any NDA with the Buyer?
No, your resource will not have to sign a separate NDA with the Buyer. The NDA signed between the two organizations covers the provision for the same.
How to mark Holiday from the Talent Partner panel?
Holidays will be decided in accordance with your and the client organization's policies. However, you can mention whether your listed resources work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and their work timings for respective days.
What is an Orders Report in the ResourceQueue Platform?
An orders report consists of crucial details of your employees outsourced through ResourceQueue. An orders report provides you with all the details that you can possibly need to keep an accurate track of your resources.
How does the Talent Partner verification process work?
After you register by filling in the profile details and uploading the mandatory documents required for Talent Partner verification, we will verify your organization in less than 24 hours. Upon completion of the verification, you will be granted access to ResourceQueue.
How many Resources can I List?
You can list as many resources of the organization as you want. We suggest you list only those resources that are unoccupied and available for hire in the near future.
What happens when my resource is selected?
Whenever your resource is selected, you will be notified via email. Post the selection of your resource,
a. An NDA will be signed between your organization and the client organization.
b. Transfer of funds by the Buyer into the escrow account.
c. Your resource will start working as per the agreement.

Can the Talent Partner contact the Buyer?
You can contact the Buyer only after they select your resource. Once the conversation is initiated on the ResourceQueue platform, you can mutually choose to take it to any other messaging platform as agreed upon by both.
Does ResourceQueue penalize Talent Partners over Buyer complaints?
ResourceQueue or its Independent Investigation Team charges no penalty without conducting a thorough, unbiased investigation of its own. Every dispute raised is judged on its own merits.
What are the issue categories for a buyer to raise a dispute with a Talent Partner?
The Buyer can raise a dispute for all issues associated with non-performance and non-delivery of the contractual agreements. These can include but are not limited to leave of absence by the concerned resource/s, failure to meet the contractual agreements, not meeting deadlines, breach of terms of contractual agreement, etc.
What happens if the Buyer has initiated a dispute?
As soon as a buyer has initiated a dispute, the Talent Partner shall be notified in the Talent Partner panel and via email to the registered mail id. Talent Partners are expected to resolve the dispute within 24 hours after it is raised.
What steps are taken if an issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after being raised?
Failure to resolve a buyer dispute within 7 days of raising the dispute by the Buyer will prompt the ResourceQueue team to take matters into its own hands and take action according to whatever it deems fit on a case-to-case basis.
What should the Talent Partner do if the Buyer wants to raise a dispute after discussing it with the Talent Partner?
Any communication (physical/electronic) regarding disputes done outside the purview of the ResourceQueue platform will be deemed as beyond the scope of ResourceQueue Platform & its Independent Investigation Team. It is mandatory to register your disputes on the ResourceQueue platform.
If any dispute is raised against any Talent Partner, the Talent Partner has 24 hours before ResourceQueue's Independent Investigation Team acts to resolve it.
What happens if the Talent Partner does not respond to a buyer's message within 24 hours?
When a Talent Partner fails to respond to a buyer's message within the first 24 hours, the ResourceQueue team will be prompted to notify the Talent Partner of the mishap. Further delay by the Talent Partner can lead to the ResourceQueue team taking matters into its own hands and resolving the issue amicably.
What is the timeline for the Talent Partner to respond to a buyer message?
The Talent Partner should respond to a buyer's message as soon as possible. If not possible, the Talent Partner should reply to the Buyer's message within 24 hours at all costs.

How does the escrow system work?
We use Razorpay's escrow services solely to deliver, hold, or receive payment for services engaged through ResourceQueue. These escrow services are intended for business use, and the Users agree to utilize these services only for business purposes and not for consumer, personal, family, or household purposes
Who is the Payment Partner of ResourceQueue?
Razorpay Software Private Limited is the official Payment Partner of the ResourceQueue platform.
Who decides the asking price for a resource?
Our Talent Partner Organizations, who are also the current employers of every resource listed on the platform, are responsible for deciding the price of every resource.
Will GST be charged in the payment from ResourceQueue?
Yes, according to the current GST norms of the Indian Government, 18% GST will be charged on all payments to the Talent Partner.
How does ResourceQueue charge the Talent Partner?
ResourceQueue is entirely free for both the Talent Partner and the Buyer. ResourceQueue does not charge the Talent Partner in any way whatsoever.
When do I receive my payment from ResourceQueue?
Once the project is handed over to the Buyer and confirms the fulfillment of all project requirements with ResourceQueue, payments to the Talent Partner will be released.
Where can I see the transaction history for my ResourceQueue account?
You can view your transaction history through the Orders And Reports section of the Talent Partner panel.
