We at ResourceQueue are committed to protecting your privacy. We want to make sure you always have control over the data you share with us and know how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies to both ResourceQueue’s Website located at www.resourcequeue.com and our affiliated website located at resourcequeue.com (collectively, the “Site”), and related software and services (collectively with the Site, “ResourceQueue Platform”). This Privacy Policy governs our data collection, processing, usage, and sharing practices and is an essential part of our Terms & Conditions and the Standard Referral Agreement. It also lays out your preferences regarding the use, access, and correction of your data. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the ResourceQueue Platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page. If we make significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by sending you an email.

1. What Information We Collect About You?

What types of information we collect from you depends on how you use the ResourceQueue Platform, what services you use, and what information you choose to provide or make available to us. We collect information about you when you:

1.1. When You Use the ResourceQueue Platform, the Categories of Information We Collect May Include

User Information

Information related to the creation of the account or that otherwise identifies you as the user of ResourceQueue.

Personal Information

User Information may include certain Personal Information – any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, Skype ID, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions that you enter into the ResourceQueue Platform, and information about you that is available on the Internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

Information collected on behalf of the customer or the service provider

If you are the user using ResourceQueue Platform through an account created on your behalf (such as an employer, organization of which you are a member, or another individual), we may collect and process User Information about you within the account your use of ResourceQueue Platform is associated with.

Information collected from the third-party service

When you create an account with ResourceQueue, we may collect certain User Information directly from you or, if you create your account using a third-party service (Google or Facebook), we may collect User Information about you from the third-party service (such as your username or user ID associated with that third-party service). By choosing to create an account using a third-party service, you authorize us to collect the User Information necessary to authenticate your account with the third-party service provider.

ResourceQueue platform is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16 If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact us at contact@resourcequeue.com, so that we may delete the information.

2. How We Use Information We Collect

We require certain information to provide our services to you. When you choose to share the information with us, we collect and use it solely to operate our services.

Contract

Processing of your Personal Information is necessary for us to administer the contractual relationship between ourselves and the Approved Contractors in connection with the performance of a contract.

Legitimate interests

If you are an existing Customer of ResourceQueue or contact either ResourceQueue or any Approved Contractor about software development, design, project management, testing, and diagnostics, or other professional services they provide, we would like to contact you about our services & special offers, as well as remote work and teamwork content that may be of interest to you, and process your personal information to make sure we send you only relevant, targeted information. You can opt out of this at any time.

Consent

If you sign up and create a ResourceQueue account, we will ask for your consent to process your Personal Information to send you marketing materials. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We will usually ask for your consent in the form of a tick box or when you share with us your email address expressly to subscribe to our updates.

3. International Transfer of Your Personal Information

Transfers between ResourceQueue’s legal entities

Zedex Info Pvt. Ltd., an Indian corporation, having its principal place of business at Eastern Business District, L.B.S Road, Mumbai-80, is the controller of the data collected in connection to your usage of the ResourceQueue Platform. To provide our operations, we may transfer your Personal Information between ResourceQueue Platform and Zedex Info Pvt. Ltd.

Transfers to third parties

The Personal Information we collect may be transferred to and stored a) in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in by the Customer or the Approved Contractor; b) in third countries to connect you with the Customer or the Approved Contractor identified by you or referred to you via ResourceQueue Platform.

International transfers of your Personal Information are made under appropriate safeguards, such as standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. If you wish to enquire further about these safeguards used, please contact us using the details set out at the end of this privacy policy.

4. How to Access & Control Your Personal Information

You have the following rights about reviewing, correcting, and removing your Personal Information:

You can request access, correction, updates, or deletion of your Personal Information. You can object to the processing of your Personal Information, ask us to restrict the processing of your Personal Information, or request portability of your Personal Information. If we have collected and processed your Personal Information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted before your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. You may also review and edit by yourself the Personal Information you have shared with us, as well as manage your communication preferences by logging into your account at the ResourceQueue platform. You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails, updating your communication preferences, or by sending us an email at contact@resourcequeue.com

5. Data Retention

Unless you request us to delete Personal Information contained within your account, we delete the information you submit to verify your identity (or the identity of the person listed as the service provider’s signing officer) 30 days following your account deactivation and retain certain data (including Personal Information, such as your name and email address) for the following 6 months. Should you wish to revisit the possibility of cooperation with ResourceQueue, the aforementioned data will be used to recover your account records to the fullest extent possible.

Please be advised that it is not always feasible to completely remove or delete information from our databases, hence certain information, such as information you posted on ResourceQueue Platform via online chats, RFP form, or other contact forms, will persist on ResourceQueue Platform even after your account has been deleted.

6. How We Secure Your Information

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect and store. Unfortunately, no security measures are 100% foolproof, and as such, no network or system (including ours) can be guaranteed to be 100% secure against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to the information we collect and store. 7. Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. This information is used to track visitor use of the Site and to compile statistical reports on Site activity. We use cookies on the ResourceQueue platform to present you with information you will find more relevant and provide functionality you used previously.

Cookies do not provide us with access to your computer or any information about you, other than that which you choose to share with us. We do not use cookies to identify who you are. Nevertheless, we may use cookies to identify that your web browser has accessed aspects of the services and may associate that information with your account (if you have created an account at ResourceQueue).

You can use the ResourceQueue Platform without registering, limiting the type of information that we gather. However, please note that registration enables you to take advantage of the most attractive features of the ResourceQueue Platform.

ResourceQueue Platform contains links to other websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to the ResourceQueue Platform, so when you link to other websites you should read their privacy policies.
